The Residence Collection offers a range of colours and shades to suit different architectural periods and design tastes. Unlike traditional 19th Century windows and doors, they will never require retouching or repainting.

It is designed to replicate the flush timber designs found in heritage properties in our towns, villages and cities. It enables you to replace your windows and doors with an authentic design and in heritage colours, without losing the character appearance and feel of the period. Crucially, you can now achieve this in a virtually maintenance free composite material, no more painting and staining, leaving you time to enjoy your beautiful home.

Far from limit you in terms of colour choice, Residence 9 is available in 42 colour variants, so if Cotswold Green on Grained White best suits your home, you can have it! You can tailor internal colour by room décor.

Period styling can be further customised by handle colour. This installation shows a mix of period black hardware and a contrasting door leaf against the frame.

R7 outperforms most other windows and door systems due to its ground breaking 7 chamber design technology and intelligent features.

Stylishly flush sash exterior and interior provides the Residence 7 its modern look and versatility which allows it to be used for both traditional British homes and contemporary new builds. All the R7 glass sight-lines are perfectly equal providing flawless symmetry for a timeless kerbside appeal.

Sophisticated Modern Living

The Residence 7 boasts a 75mm 7 chamber design, this results in greater thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance. It is designed to accommodate “energy efficient glazing”. The R7 has options for either 28mm double glazing or 44mm triple glazing. The glazing bead is always located on the interior which results in a higher security performance.

Market Leading Design

The genius design of the R7 Collection allows for easy cleaning. Simple open your windows and doors and wipe clean with no sharp corners or deep grooves to worry about. We also have an extensive range of colour bases available.
