I have never been disappointed with MPSBack in 2019/2020 I had all the windows replaced. This last week I have had new guttering around the conservatory. Rob that did the job this week was very efficient especially as it was such bad weather. I would definitely recommend

Great experience. From first contact with Joe, with no pressurised sell, all the way through to installation a no hassle and easy experience. Just had our conservatory replaced and we are absolutely delighted with the results. It was put to test recently with all the heavy rain and proved to be watertight!The work was done timely and professionally by a wonderful team -Andy and Simon, great guys with a great sense of humour!....There was a couple of minor adjustments required after completion and when brought to MPS attention it was quickly and efficiently resolved the following morning - This company and their fab team are worthy of a 5 star rating.

MPS fitted a replacement bay window, overlooking the sea and subject to some fierce winds and heavy rain. The installation hasn't yet been tested by the weather, but with that proviso I have been very impressed by all my dealings with the Company. From my initial enquiry, through negotiating the sale, on to the site survey, and by no means least the installation team, MPS have shown exemplary professionalism - with a strong focus on customer care. The product looks great and - although not the cheapest option - MPS deserve their good reputation. I will happily recommend them in the future.
Professional from quote to installation. Would thoroughly recommend MPS Glass and Window Centre. Everything went smoothly, we were kept informed as to what was happening and when. All new windows, doors and cladding fitted in a week. The installation was quick and easy, everything was left clean and tidy every day.

Needed three new windows and decided to find a local company, glad I did, MPS are a great team very professional from start to Finish andy sales, nick survey, and to Ian installation sorry can't recall the other installer name,From start to finish I was kept fully informed of progress,The installation went well very neat and tidy lots of dust sheets, didn't even need to get my paint brush out.All in all a good professional company, very pleased with the end result and will be happy to use again.Definitely a two thumbs up.Nick Bond.
All aspects of the service provided by the MPS Glass and Windows company were very good, from the initial quotation to the final fitting. We love our new front door!
We had two windows replaced in our flat, the process from start to finish was completed efficiently and to a high standard. We were given excellent guidance and all the staff at MPS were helpful and worked extremely hard to meet the tight time schedule we requested. Those requiring access to our flat to conduct the estimate, survey and take measurements arrived on time on each occasion; on the day to windows were installed the fitting team worked quickly and professionally. This is the second occasion we have had work conducted by MPS and will certainly use them again in the future.
MPS installed Bifold doors for us and the service was excellent throughout. No hard sell just totally professional service from start to finish. The installation was excellent and the threshold track built into and sunken into an existing threshold board so no trip hazard carried out to perfection. Brilliant work by the installation team. We are delighted with the quality of the doors.
Excellent service and a thoroughly good experience from start to finish.We had sixteen Residence 7 windows installed by MPS to replaced the existing failed softwood Leakey double glassed units. I obtained other quotes and found MPS to be both the first to respond and the most competitively priced.This was a considerable investment, so having verified the stability of the business from their accounts submitted and found on Companies House website, I visited their offices to gauge their professionalism and felt most reassured by the set-up and by the professionalism displayed by Danny who had initially quoted me, so I decided to proceed.All stages of the process (quotation, site survey visit, installation and final snagging visit) ran smoothly, on time and efficiently and I was kept well informed prior to and during all stages of the project. In fact, they quoted me a lead-time of 5-7 weeks from survey to installation, and I think from memory the installation started earlier than predicted at 4-weeks from survey.The last window installed unfortunately suffered a broken pane of glass and was short of a vent. MPS rectified this within ten days of the installation to our complete satisfaction and we are delighted with the final result. The installation team were very tidy, quiet and efficient and left our house spotless at the end of each day.Our house is quite close to a main road. We have noticed a huge reduction in traffic noise, and we now have a much warmer house – so I’m looking forward to much lower gas bills in the future.I very rarely write reviews, but am delighted to do so on this occasion and I would offer 5*+ if that was possible. My wife and I thoroughly recommend MPS and will do so if asked by any of our friends or acquaintances in future.MPS deserve the success that they obviously enjoy – very pleased.
Team MPS came to the house talked through the options as we live on a busy road with traffic. Joe suggested acoustic glass for noise prevention and the result is fantastic. Fitters were clean, tidy and quick a good job done .Would highly recommend..
I would definitely recommend MPS to anyone considering a conservatory. Andy and Simon were very competent and conscientious and also great to have around. They were respectful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The workmanship was carefully inspected and there was attention to detail. Although a couple of glitches were found Andy and Simon returned to rectify them without any trouble.
We wanted to replace our patio doors and windows across the back of our orangery with 3 big glass sliding doors with thin frames.We contacted and visited a few local suppliers and met Joe at MPS. We were very impressed by his professionalism, the doors we wanted demonstrated on site, the quality, features, installation process and back up.Our builder said that their surveyor was the best he had seen, and the site surveyed in great detail.The doors were fitted by MPS are exactly what we wanted and are perfect. We would highly recommend MPS.

I've just had a new composite front door installed by MPS, and would definitely recommend them. Everyone I've spoken to at the company has been really helpful and professional. Communication was clear throughout. When choosing style/colour options I was provided with comprehensive information but not pressured into the expensive options. The fitters were great, very efficient and I've now got a lovely smart front door which is a great quality product. The admin team were great too and always able to answer any questions I had.
We are delighted with our new conservatory. It was big project as it required alterations to the patio and removing and rebuilding a wall. The whole team worked really hard and efficiently. Would definitely recommend MPS.
